The water storage structure of split-typed solar collector is different from the traditional solar collector. Water doesnĄ¯t run in the vacuum tube, which avoids the tubes from being frozen or explosion. Besides, it can mix the water evenly and be installed in more places.
The inner part of the vacuum tube is a U-shaped metal tube. Water doesnĄ¯t run in it. It is impossible to produce scale inside it, therefore it can main a high thermal efficiency.
Mediums run in the closed tubes, which would always prevent liquid from leaking out.
The outdoor tubes have no water inside, so they will never be frozen.
The water tanks are closed confined tanks. Besides, outfall pressure comes from the tap water, and it can supply us with water from several tubes.
We adopt special steel plate for SPCC enamel as the material of the inner parts of the water heaters. The plate is 2mm thick and is welded by a protective welding technology.
